I know lots of you have asked if I’m doing any workshops next year – well the answer is yes.

I’ve currently booked four dates for them – two papercutting workshops, a lantern making workshop and, under the banner of my hobby business Star, Thistle and Briar, a workshop on making silver clay jewellery.

I’m hoping to add more dates and possibly some weekend ones through the year but 2019 is shaping up to be busy so can’t guarantee it.

Dates are:

Fri Jan 25 and Fri Feb 1 – Papercutting for beginners (10-2) £55.

Coffee, cake and you take home all the basic kit you need to continue cutting at home.

Feb 8 – Lantern Making (10-3) £65 including a light lunch.

Design, cut and make up your own unique lantern to take home.

Feb 22– Introduction to silver clay jewellery (10-3) £70.

Make 3-5 small pure silver charms or pendants using inspiration from nature. Discover the magic of silver clay and how easy it is to create unique objects at home.
